Mix Together (Beat Butter then add Water)
2/3 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Water

Sift Together In Separate Bowl and Add to Wet Ingredients
2 and 1/4 Cups sifted Cake Flour
1 and 3/4 Cups Sugar
1/3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 and 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2/3 Cup Cocoa

Mix above ingredients until incorporated.

Add to above mixed ingredients:

1/3 Cup Water
3 Large Eggs

Continue to mix all together.

Directions:

Bake at 350 For 30 to 40 Minutes (check with toothpick)

Pour batter into prepared pans. (Greased and Floured)
