2 lbs pork
1/2 head cabbage sliced thinly
2 large carrots cut like match sticks
2 packages Yakisoba noodles
Mr.. Yoshida's original gourmet sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up pork in chunks and fry in large pan with small amount of oil. When lightly browned add carrots and cabbage, yakisoba seasoning package, and cook for a few minutes. Add noodles to top and put lid on to steam for 2 minutes. Slightly turn so noodles are separated. Add Yoshida's sauce till lightly brown in color. enjoy!

We love to cook this easy Japanese dish. Yakisoba noodles can be found in Walmart a lot of times by the bagged vegetables by the tofu. Make sure to use your chopsticks :)
