2 c. baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease or line a muffin tin. Mix baking mix, milk, raisins and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Blend well. Blend in pecans, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Stir until batter is a uniform color. Spoon into prepared muffin tin. Bake 20 minutes.
