3 eggs
3 T. melted butter
1 T. sugar
1 T. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
slice of a small onion
1 1/2 c. corn

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Butter a 2-quart casserole dish. Put eggs into blender, cover and process until beaten. Add remaining ingredients, cover, MIX ONLY, until corn is mixed into batter. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until or until firm.
