1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 T lemon juice
1 T. grated lemon rind
1 c. flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t. salt
2 c. sugar coated cereal flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and sugar. Beat in egg, lemon juice and lemon rind. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt. Place flakes in a plate. Drop cookie batter in flakes and toss to coat. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
