Ingredients:  
1 lb sausage, bacon or ham
8 eggs
2 packs of 10 count refrigerated biscuit packs
5 slices of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage, bacon or ham, and chop into small pieces.
Flatten biscuits and place in cups of muffin pan.
Spoon meat into biscuit cups.
Bake to specifications on biscuit pack (dependent on brand and size).
Scramble the eggs, using milk, butter/margarine, salt and pepper as desired.
Add a spoonful of scrambled egg and a small slice of American cheese to cups when there are 1 or 2 minutes left to bake.
Makes about 20 cups.
