1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 packs of 10 count refrigerated biscuit packs
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning (follow directions on package).
Flatten biscuits and place in cups of muffin pan.
Spoon beef into biscuit cup.
Bake to specifications on biscuit pack (dependent on brand and size).
Add shredded cheese to tops of cups when there are 1 or 2 minutes left to bake.
Makes about 20 cups.
