3/4 c. chopped pineapple (fresh is best but canned will work)
3/4 c. chopped cucumber
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. minced onion
1 minced hot pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. salt (to taste)

Mix all ingredients and adjust hotness, saltiness, and sourness to taste.
