1 1/2 c. pimento or pimento cheese spread
3 T. chopped fresh dill
2 seedless cucumbers
36 salad shrimp
36 small dill sprigs for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, blend together pimento or pimento spread and dill. Slice cucumbers into 36 wheels. With a melon baller, hollow out the center of each cucumber. Fill each center with 2 teaspoons pimento spread. Top each cucumber with a shrimp and dill sprig. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
