1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
2 T. sugar
dash of salt
2 T. melted shortening
1 1/2 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Roll out to an 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into strips and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
