3 eggs
2 t. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder
1 pinch of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add yolks and beat again. Stir dry ingredients into the eggs. Drop teaspoonfuls into a preheated deep fryer. Drain on paper towels and serve with chili sauce.
