1 to 1 ½ lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
spaghetti sauce of your choice (32 oz.)
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 egg
½ c. milk
½ c. Parmesan cheese
7 oz. spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk and Parmesan cheese. Cook spaghetti noodles. Mix cooked noodles with first mixture until all noodles are coated.

Brown hamburger and onion (may add salt and pepper). Add spaghetti sauce. (If you like, spices like Italian seasoning or garlic salt can be added.) Simmer.

Butter bottom and sides of 9x13 pan. Lay noodles down first and spread out. Spread 1/2 c. of each cheese over noodles. Pour spaghetti sauce over noodles and cheese.

Bake at 325º to 350º 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

Top with 1/2 c. of both cheeses and bake until melted.
