2 C grated zucchini 4 eggs
1 C oil 1 C nuts
3 tsp. vanilla 1 C raisins or dates
2 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together. Then add:
3 C flour 1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
