1 package corn bread mix
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 chopped onion
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked cubed ham
1/2 c. room temperature sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake corn bread according to directions. In a 2-quart saucepan melt butter; add green pepper and onion; saute until just tender. Stir in flour, salt and mustard. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk. Add ham. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cook 2 additional minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over corn bread, cut and split in half.
