2 tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or other vegetables of your choice, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 package of powder ranch dressing
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Roll out crescent rolls evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Soften cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Add powder ranch dressing and Miracle Whip. Mix well. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix vegetables and shredded cheese. Sprinkle vegetable mixture over cream cheese mixture. Take a sheet of wax paper and place over pizza; press down over the wax paper, so that the vegetables are well into the cream cheese mixture. Leave wax paper on top of pizza and store in refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight.
Cut into squares of desired size and serve.
