2 6 oz. cans of tuna in water
1 6oz. pkg. Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or any kind)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup mayo or miracle whip
2 T sweet relish or pickles chopped
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Drain the tuna. Mix tuna with all other ingredients. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat large non stick skillet on medium heat. Get about 1/3 cup for each patty. Form it into a ball and place in pan. Gently press with spatula to flatten into patty. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
