lenguado o corvina
2 cucharadas de pimienta rosada entera
2 tazas de crema de leche
¼ taza de brandy (Cognac o vino blanco seco)
1 tomate maduro pelado y sin semillas
sal

Directions:
Directions:
Lucuar la mitad de la pimienta junto con el brandy y el tomate; luego agregarle la crema de leche y licuar apenas. Retirar y sazonar con la sal; mezclar con el resto de la pimienta entera.

Sellar el pescado salpimentado (no muy cocido) en la sartén sin que dore .

Colocar el pescado en un pyrex y al horno por uno 10 minutos aprox. Cuando ya va a estar cocido el pescado se le echa la salsa encima y se vuelve a meter al horno por sólo minutos.
