4 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3 cups fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes. Add all canned tomatoes and spinach. Simmer until warm. For extra flavor add some fresh or dried basil. Mix with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
