1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 14 1/2 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 can water
1/2 t salt
1 T Gebhardt's chili powder (to taste)


Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion, pepper, and uncooked rice in 2 T oil, stirring constantly until rice is lightly brown. You may have to add a small amount of oil to keep from sticking. Add remaining ingredients, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until rice is done and begins to dry.
