1 t. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, turn out on floured board. Roll to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into 2-inch squares and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
