1 box Fettuccini
1 sick un-salted butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cups Romano Cheese Shredded
2 cups Parmesan Cheese shredded
Garlic Powder to taste (1 TSP +)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccini as directed. Drain, but don't rinse. Set aside

Melt stick of butter in large saucepan over medium heat. (do not let boil)
Add garlic, salt & pepper
Pour in cream, stir constantly * (do not let boil)
While constantly stirring, add small amount of each cheese until mixture is thoroughly blended, no clumps. *Don't stop for even a second or it will clump and start to stick to the bottom of the saucepan.After cheeses have melted, add cooked chicken, shrimp or whatever (but it is good w/no meat)
Remove from heat, add fettuccini and toss until blended.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
