4 lbs. potatoes, 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 garlic clove chopped, 1/4 cup chopped chives, 2 tsp. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients. Fold in chives(green onions). Put in baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake@ 350 for 30 minutes
