3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 T. ketchup
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In larger bowl, combine all ingredients.
Make into patties.
Cook burgers 6-8 min per side on grill.
