1 pkg. Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
1 can cream of chicken soup (low sodium)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
c. sour cream
2 T. chopped onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place hash browns in a greased 2-quart baking dish. In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine the last 4 ingredients (everything except the hash browns). When these ingredients are thoroughly combined, add them to hash browns and stir until well mixed. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

For spicy hash browns, use Southwestern Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns.

For potlucks, I bake as directed. Then I move them to a crock pot, to keep hot for serving.
