1 pkg. thighs and legs
1 pkg. boneless breasts
2 T. butter
2 T. crisco shortening
Lawry seasoning
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 medium onion
2 c. Uncle Ben's rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter and shortening. Sprinkle Lawry's seasoning on chicken while cooking. After chicken has browned, take chicken out of pan. Put medium onion in pan, add bouillon cubes, one cup hot water and stir.
Add 2 cups uncooked rice, 3 cups water, top with browned chicken and cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour (maybe longer, depending on your oven).
