6 beaten eggs
1 c. buttermilk
c. oil
4 c. flour
2 T. soda
3 T. sugar

1 pkg. yeast
c. water
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix 1st 6 ingredients together. In another bowl, mix last 3 ingredients together. Combine both mixtures. Stored in an airtight container, this pancake mix will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
