1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 t. salt
1 egg
1 c. instant oatmeal
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put the first four ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir in 1 1/2 c. boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. Add the yeast; stir to dissolve. Add the egg and 2 c. flour. Stir well. Add the remaining 2 c. flour. Knead well. Let rise until double. Create 24 rolls. Let rise again. Bake 20-25 inutes at 375.
