pork roast OR pork chops (2-3 lbs.)
1-2 lg. cans sauerkraut (juices removed)
1-2 potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork into roasting pan. Cover with sauerkraut. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until meat is tender. Grind potatoes on an old fashioned grinder (should resemble applesauce), add ground potatoes to hot kraut. No need to cook, the kraut will be hot enough to cook potatoes. (This makes the kraut slippery).
