3 lb. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (diced)
1 basket cheese (diced)
1 cup grated Locatelli Romano cheese
1/2 lb. provolone cheese (diced)
1 lb. sausage (cooked, remove from skin)
1 slice prosciutto (about 1/4 thick, diced)
1 slice boiled ham (about 1/4 thick, diced)
double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Line bottom of round aluminum cake pan with pie crust. Fill with mixture and top with the other pie crust. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. You can make your own pie crust or use Pillsbury pie crust.
