4 skinned chicken breasts
Garlic powder to taste
1 T butter or margarine
2 c tomatoes peeled
1/2 t Italian seasoning
4 thin slices mozzarella
1 T Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and garlic, brown chicken. Puree tomatoes and add Italian seasoning and pepper. Put chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over. Put 1 slice of mozzarella on each chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake 45 min at 350º
