1/2 lb. butter (cream)
1/2 lb. margarine (cream)
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts ( walnuts or pecans)
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:

Beat margarine & butter, add sugar, vanilla, and flour a little at a time. Fold in chips and nuts.
Drop 1/2 tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. While still warm brush on glaze. 1 1/2 cups powered sugar and warm water to medium consistency glaze.
