1/2 lb. butter (cream)
1/2 lb. margarine (cream)
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts ( walnuts or pecans)
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Beat margarine & butter, add sugar, vanilla, and flour a little at a time. Fold in chips and nuts.
Drop 1/2 tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. While still warm brush on glaze. 1 1/2 cups powered sugar and warm water to medium consistency glaze.

Thank you so much for sharing your potato chip cookie recipe. I am not familiar with this recipe, but it looks like a recipe that everyone will like! I better have a recipe card with the recipe printed on it already, when I serve these because I am sure someone will want a copy of it.
