2 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1/4 c. butter, cubed
2 T. flour
1/4 c. American cheese, cubed
2 eggs, beaten

3 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave spinach in 3 min. intervals until thawed. Drain. Stir in flour. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave for 11 minutes, stirring twice. Optional topping: mix 1/4 c. melted butter with 1/4 c. bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top and broil until browned.
