Sauce: Meatballs: 1 jar Prego sp. sauce 1 lb. ground pork/beef 1 can Hunts tomatoes 1 slice English muffin bread 2 T. brown sugar 1/4. c. milk 1 t. oregano, rubbed 1 egg 1 t. basil, rubbed
1/4 t. fine black pepper
Sauce: Mix all ingredients and simmer. Meatballs: Crumble bread and soak in milk. Add beaten egg, dash of salt and pepper and add to ground pork. Form into medium balls. Brown over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook until done (10 min. or more.)
