1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hashbrown potatoes
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
10 to 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Season to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and put in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with: 1 stick melted butter.

This can also be topped with Corn Flakes before adding the butter.
