2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cram of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
10 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hashbrowns 45 minutes. Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are done and casserole is browned.
