1-2 pounds salmon
2 T Adams Peppercorn and Garlic seasoning rub
1 (8ox) jar sundried tomato in oil (drained)
1 to 1 1/2 c chopped fresh spinach
8 oz feta cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º. In a mixing bowl, mix sundried tomatoes, feta and spinach. Spread on salmon. Bake 15-20 minutes.
