2 sticks butter
2 c sugar
1/2 c corn syrup
1 c milk
smidge of salt
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil to med hard ball stage. Have apples at room temperature with sticks in them. Dip and rest on wax paper. Cool and enjoy.

This also makes a good caramel for dipping. Boil only to a soft ball stage.
