2 c unpopped popcorn - popped
2 sticks butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c corn syrup
Boil 5 minutes and add:
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
The cream of tartar will cause it to puff up so use a large pan. Coat popcorn with caramel sauce and bake @ 250º
one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
