2-10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
4 T. butter/margarine
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 t. chopped garlic
1 t. Worcestshire sauce
2 T. flour
1/2 t. pepper
6 oz. Jalapeño cheese (Velveta)

Directions:
Save 1/2 c. of liquor after cooking spinach; mix liquor with melted butter and onion, salt,worcestshire sauce, flour, milk, garlic. Add chunks of jalapeño cheese and melt. Pour over spinach in a baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350º
