1 lb. summer squash
1 c. milk
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
20 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash until tender. Drain and mash. Add butter, crackers, beaten egg, and milk. Add seasonings. Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes.
