4 cups rolled/Old Fashioned Oats
1 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups sliced almonds
1/2 c. light/baking olive oil
1/2 c. real maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 six ounce bag dried cherries, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275ºF.
1. Combine oats, coconut, almonds, olive oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
2. Spread on two cookie sheets.
3. Bake at 275º for 50 minutes, stirring twice through the baking process.
4. Let cool. Add cherries.
Store in refrigerator.
