4 cups rolled/Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups chopped pecans or sliced almonds
1/2 c. light/baking olive oil
1/2 c. real maple syrup
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275ºF.
1. Mix oats, nuts, oil, and syrup.
2. Spread out on two cookie sheets.
3. Bake at 275ºF for 50 minutes, stirring twice throught the baking process.
4. Let cool. Mix in raisins. Store in refrigerator.
