¾ c. chopped onion
¾ c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. vegetable oil
½ c. Pace Picante sauce
½ lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
¼ lb. (4 oz.) imitation crab meat, finely shredded
¼ c. chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until tender. Add Pace Picante and cheese, cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in crab and tomatoes.
Serve with Wheat Thins© or any cracker of choice.
