3 c. croutons (any flavor)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. cooked pork sausage
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons on the bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Add well-drained sausage to the top. Beat eggs & milk, pour on meat. Top with cheese and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, mix soup and milk, pour on top of casserole. Bake for one hour at 350.
