4 32 oz cans of good quality tomato sauce
1 14 oz can of cherry tomatoes
2 T tomato paste
2 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T italian seasonings
2 T sugar
1 T salt
1 c. red wine
2 c. grated italian cheese (romano, parm, provolone, asiago)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, garlic and seasonings over medium heat in a large pot. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients (except cheese) and cover. Reduce heat to med-low and stir in 1/4 c. of cheese occassionally until all cheese has been melted into sauce.
