Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp flour
5-6 good size fresh peaches (peeled & halved)
3/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 pastry pie crust (deep dish pie pan)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450º.
Stir sugar and flour together. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over a pastry lined pie pan. Place peach halves cut side down on top of the flour/sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining sguar/flour mixture over the peaches. (Use quarter size pieces from the 6th peach to fill in if necessary. Too many peaches will make this pie too runny. Pour cream over peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches. Bake for 10 minutes in a 450º oven. Reduce heat to 350º and bake additional 30-35 minutes. Let set 10-15 minutes before serving. Store pie in refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
This pie is a Champlin girl's favorite. Originally made by Barbie- daughters, Kelly and Lesley also make it. I remember mom making this pie for dinner parties and sharing the leftovers for breakfast with 2 forks and the pie plate. : )
