6 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
1 c. flour
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 T. brown sugar
2 apples, sliced & peeled
¼ lb. butter
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt & cinnamon.

Melt butter in 13x9 pan in oven at 425º, add apples and return to oven until sizzling (DO NOT BROWN).

Remove from oven and immediately pour batter on top, sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake in the middle of the rack 20 minutes until puffed (still at 425º).
