1 1/2 cup apples, peeled, cored & diced (About 2 apples)
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 egg
Unbaked pie shells frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg & mix with sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon;add apples. Stir and pour into pie shell. Take second pie shell (thawed) and roll into dough ball, roll out and slice into long strips and place criss-cross over top of pie; top with sprinkles of granulated sugar.

Bake 45 minutes at 350
