Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Peel and cut vegetables into large
chunks approximately the same thicknesses and put into large
bowl. Drizzle oil and rosemary or other spices on vegetables
and toss until well coated. Spread on cookie sheet (lined with
parchment if desired). Bake until veggies are tender
approximately 30 min depending on the size of chunks.
