Pita bread
spice mix (combine salt, oregano, basil, paprika, chili powder,
cayenne or any combination that you like)
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brush oil on both sides of pita bread. Stack 3 high and cut into
12 sections. Put into large bowl and sprinkle on the spice mix.
Arrange on a cookie sheet in one layer and bake at 375 F for 9
minutes. Serve with humus or other dips.
